GHOST ENCOUNTERS NOW does not investigate outdoors that much for ghost only cases. The reason for this is if you are outside, you are not in a controlled environment. Water vapour, bugs, dust, etc. can all show up on film and look like "orbs" or other purported paranormal phenomena. Sounds can carry in unpredictable patterns and be very distorted outside. When outside in certain weather environments, lights from cars, or planes, and even our own lighting equipment can look anomalous in pictures and video at night. There is just too much of a chance for evidence contamination. We are very open and honest as a team most groups seem to have a joke or a laugh even running of being in the dark this is not being professional as a team or group.

Welcome, Please read before you book. GHOST ENCOUNTERS EVENTS are a technology based paranormal research team in the North West and fully insured business by TWi. Our mission is to explore reports of the paranormal and to document it in order to further our understanding of such phenomena. We try to prove or disprove a haunting best we can and We're fully equipped with the very latest technology and our own designed equipment which as been fully tested in the field of paranormal with few results. What also makes us different is we fill out investigations reports and log everything we find, and we a hold accident report book and we listen to our guests on each event.
We also ask the public to wear black if possible warm clothing, and good footwear (see terms and conditions ) refreshments are also available/tea,coffee
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON OUR EVENTS
1. All participants attending an event must be in good health, persons of an excessive nervous nature or anyone suffering a heart condition, or are recently bereaved are advised not to attend, some walking and climbing of many uneven stairs/spiral staircases such as those found in old Castles may sometimes be necessary as will moving in about in darkness. Some locations we visit may also not be suitable for disabled access.

2. The minimum age for participants to a event is 18 years old.
Please note that as these public events are for participants aged 18 years and over - adult language may be occasionally heard - should you be easily offended please do not book. Any laughing to out loud or jumping out on others you will be told stop! or leave the event.
3. Due to restrictions at our locations and other factors that may cause risk - pregnant woman are not allowed to attend any of our events.
4. If anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing alcoholic drinks or drugs to the event, they will not be allowed to stay for the night and will be removed from the premises immediately regardless of any adverse weather conditions and or travel arrangements
No refunds will be given.
5. We do not allow smoking indoors at any of our locations, Candles or other potential fire hazards are not to be used during your stay.
6. There are no sleeping facilities at our locations.
7. Unless you have booked for a private night - all of our advertised events on this website are for public ghost hunts. For health and safety throughout the night you will stay with your allocated group and will not be allowed to wander around the building without permission and will not work alone, unless indicated to do so or have permission gained from the Team Coordinator. We advise that if you do not want to be a part of a public event then alternatively you may want to book a private night/location with us - to ensure that you have the entire venue for just your party alone.
8. All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your party are your own responsibility. Ghost Encounters Events will not be liable for any loss or damage to luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to the participants before, during and after the event however caused. On the event All mobile phone must be on Airplane mode or turned off if possible, as mobiles can
affect some of the equipment like EVP and EMF's
9. Although Ghost Encounters Events cannot foresee any problems, accidents/incidents do happen.
We advise you to stay with your group during your visit to the location public liability insurance as our insurers have indicated that our public liability policies may not cover your party during your visit to the location since it is outside our normal public access categories.
You are staying at the location at your own risk; we accept no liability for any death, accident or injury to yourselves, however caused.
10. By Booking with Ghost Encounters you agree that all footage and pictures taken during the event can be shared via Facebook
11. Ghost Encounters Events make no guarantees regarding paranormal activity at any of our events. Therefore we are not responsible for any information or lack of during the event. No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our guest psychics, mediums, clairvoyants, hosts or co-ordinators should be interpreted as factual or actual.
12. You agree that any and all services from Ghost Encounters Events are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees thus Ghost Encounters Events are not liable for any information or happenings regarding the validity, truth, or likelihood of any and all
information obtained from our team
